It’s More Fun in the Philippines
Holy shit. I’m famous! Thanks to my amazing travel-editor friend, Denice De Guzman — Editor in Chief for VIEW magazine in the Philippines, I got to show my love for the Philippines.

I’ve seen copies of this magazine lying around in lounges and stuff- is it actually being sold?

I met the editor at Little Tokyo which is how I found my way into the magazine. It’s sold in National bookstores, although you have to look for it as it’s not a full-size magazine. I think it was 75P when I bought it. The thing I like about VIEW is that they do a LOT of focus stories on amazing places to visit in the Phils — with a LOT of beaches, which suits me fine. hehe

Hey, thanks so much! I was pretty happy about it myself. It’s nice to be able to tell the locals that you appreciate the country. Can’t wait to get back there!

yeah, totally, and I hear what you’re saying about the people just making the experience so amazing. They really are so great.
Btw, what are you leaning against in your gravatar pic?

Well, for people who travel a ton, they often travel alone a lot — so it’s great to travel in countries where the people are awesome. As for the gravatar, that was a pic my awesome Thai photographer friend took of me last Christmas during her stop over in Tokyo. It’s some kind of mini snowman decoration they had all over the place in the lobby of her hotel. So it’s one of the gayest photos ever of me, but I don’t look awful in it so I’ve left it up.
